On Monday 27th November, six enthusiastic readers were fortunate enough to be chosen to represent Kingfisher Primary at the Astrea Y6 English convention at Netherwood Secondary Academy. The day consisted of different workshops which involved studying ambiguous poetry, ambiguous pronouns and their relationship to the antecedent, pathetic fallacy and vocabulary exploration. Roan: it was really fun and I learnt a lot about poetry.
